Lou Malnati's x Mike's Hot Honey Pizza Collab

Situation

Lou Malnati’s was launching its first-ever limited-time pizza collaboration with Mike’s Hot Honey across its restaurant locations. The goal was to create buzz around the product and drive both in-store visits and online engagement.

Task

As part of the marketing team, I was responsible for driving excitement and awareness for the collab through a strategic paid social campaign. The goal was to ensure creative excellence, maximize performance, and deliver strong results within the 2.5-month promotional window.

Situation

Triptalker was a pre-revenue startup developing a socially-driven travel community aimed at connecting travelers through user-generated content (UGC). The platform’s vision was to inspire users with curated travel stories and eventually enable trip bookings through a seamless backend integration. The initial focus was on the US market, with plans to expand globally.

Task

To seed the platform’s NLP and ML algorithms, we needed to acquire high-quality, diverse UGC from current travelers. My role involved building a scalable framework for content acquisition, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and aligning with the company’s overall go-to-market strategy.

Situation

QANTAS partnered with The Oprah Winfrey Show to fly the audience of her season opener to Australia for special tapings of the show. With just one week’s notice, our team had to prepare to capitalize on the exposure and maximize the campaign’s impact in the U.S. market.

Task

As the acting VP of Marketing during this campaign, I was tasked with developing and executing a strategic plan to leverage this high-profile opportunity. I needed to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives that aligned with QANTAS’s marketing goals, all while adhering to strict guidelines around the use of Oprah’s name and likeness.
